Difficult extractions, impacted teeth, cysts, infections - the cases other dentists prefer to refer are where I spend most of my days. I trained for five years as a resident at the Sibiu County Emergency Clinical Hospital, where you learn that no operation is 'routine' - only well or poorly prepared. I operate personally, in both Sibiu and Bucharest.

A wisdom tooth is often someone's first operation, and I never forget that. I take the time to explain exactly what will happen, keep the intervention short and gentle, and stay reachable while you heal. Most of my patients ask me afterwards: 'that was it?'

A missing tooth changes how you chew, speak, and carry yourself. I plan every implant digitally on a CBCT scan, place it myself, and follow it for years afterwards - from a single implant to full-arch restorations with immediate loading. And because implantology moves fast, I keep training: the Salama Implantology Mastership at 32 Academy and the EAO congresses are the most recent stops.

Sometimes, before anything can be rebuilt, the foundation needs rebuilding first. Bone grafts and soft-tissue work are invisible when done well - and they are what separates an implant that lasts five years from one that lasts twenty-five.
